Installation & setup

Operating the system/controller, and how to use the controller software, and tutorials.

Your installation will require a PC for content and a software controller to direct that content to the display. There will be power and data cables to hook everything up and a frame or support beams to mount your display. If you need assistance with this, we can often suggest a preferred installation partners.

Maintenance

Registration, warranty and licensing, and recommended maintenance schedule.

Signcomm supports their products with a comprehensive 2-year factory warranty that provides for the repair or replacement of any failed components without charge. For a surcharge, this may be extended for up to 5 years, or a special service agreement can be put in place for 10 years. Orders are shipped with a selection of replacement components.

Servicing

Specialist technicians and contractors.

Signcomm provide their full technical expertise to assist us with any issues. Most problems can be diagnosed and resolved using remote access software, Skype and webcams or a simple exchange of emails and phone calls. For larger problems, we can recommend our specialised contractors.
